How INEC will announce Presidential election.

After the voting, the INEC collation officers will begin the collation of the result from polling units by polling unit after which it will be taken to the ward collating centre then the local government before it will be taking to the State Collating centre. The returning officer of each state will take all the result from the state to the Internation Conference Centre Abuja. The returning officer from each state will step forward to announce the result of his/her state.

The INEC chairman Mahmood will announce the result from all states and gives the details of how many votes each political party scores. He will also declare the winner of the election. INEC will not transmit election electronically, the commission will undergo the pain of manual transmission.
