Trailer and fuel tanker collide on Suleja-Minna Road: Barely 24 hours after fuel tanker exploded in Lagos and killed about 10 people and 54 vehicles destroyed with several people on injury list. Another fuel tanker incident has occurred on Suleja-Minna Road in Niger state.
Punch report that a fire accident occurred on Friday at Malankaro, along Minna-Suleja Road involving a truck and a fuel tanker.
The spokesperson of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Mr. Bisi Kazeem, said the crash happened in the morning.
He added that men of fire service and officials of the FRSC were on the ground to put off the fire as the vehicles are burning.

An accident just occurred between a fuel tanker and a trailer at Maje along Minna-Suleja road.

However no life was lost in the accident but 5 people were confirmed injured.
Five persons have been confirmed injured in the early morning head-on collision between a fuel tanker and a trailer on Friday.
The tanker was laden with Kerosene, a highly flammable hydrocarbon liquid.
The spokesperson for the Federal Road Safety Corps, Mr. Bisi Kazeem, who confirmed the incident to our correspondent on Friday, said the victims have been taken to the hospital.
