Manchester United could be about to make their second signing with Real Madrid defender Sergio Reguilon on their radar. The Red Devils have already signed Donny van de Beek from Ajax during this transfer window.
Reguilon spent the previous season on loan at Sevilla. He had an impressive loan spell at Sevilla with having made 38 appearances in which he scored 3 goals and provided 5 assists.
Amid the transfer talks, Sports Mole have taken a look at the shirt numbers available Reguilon.
The defender’s current number is 23, that’s also the number he wore at Sevilla while on loan. However the number at United is currently occupied by Luke Shaw. Reguilon has also worn number 29, early in the 2018-19 season, however that number is also currently occupied by Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Number 7 and number 19 are currently vacant at United, but they are not traditionally associated with full-backs.
However, number 4 could soon be vacant should Phil Jones leave, while Chris Smalling’s number 12 is another possible option for now.
