Omane Boamah refutes Elizabeth Ohene’s corruption speech

Former Minister for Communication Honorable Edward Kofi Omane Boamah has criticized Honorable Elizabeth Ohene, former Minister of State for Tertiary Education.

Madam Elizabeth published a write up on Wednesday 2 September, 2020 about Civil Society Organization (CSOs); a publication she titled “All-knowing Neutral”.

The write-up condemns the CSOs for being bias on governments; comparing the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC)

Honorable former Minister Edward Kofi Omane Boamoah has the view that the Journalist went overboard in her write-up.

Madame Elizabeth is a renown political critic of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). She once went into exile during ex-president Jerry John Rawlings administration for same conduct.

Although a politician herself, she has proven to stand up against corrupt, saying corruption should be seen as ‘stealing’ and corrupt government officials should be punished .
