The Nollywood actor Obi Madubogwu is dead. Obi Madubogwu joined the league of Nollywood stars that died this year. The Nollywood actor confirmed dead of chronic diabetic sore which he has been battling with for some time.
According to the source, Obi Madubogwu dies on Monday after he developed a fever rushed to the hospital and later turn into complication which led to his death.
Indeed, Obi Madubogwu will be missed a lot in the family of the movie industry in Nigeria. Madubogwo, who was known for his role as ‘King of Musanga’ was formerly on admission at the Federal Medical Centre, FMC, Ebute Meta, YABA, Lagos State. The actor was known for his lead roles in movies such as ‘Passion of my blood’, ‘Mothers-in-Law’, The King of Musanga’ amongst others.
Many of the Nollywood stars are being treated to the death of their colleague Obi Madubogwu.
The newly elected president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN, Mr Emeka Rollas said Obi was part of this dream to see that I become the President of the Guild. Last year, I Chaired the event organized by his Saving Life for Africa Diabetes Foundation.
