No ‘validating proof’ to help assault charge against D’Banj — Force Hqtrs.

D’Banj performing. By Kingsley Omonobi Police Force Headquarters, Abuja, has disclosed that it chose to stop with the instance of Ms. Seyitan Babatayo, who denounced Mr. Oladayo Oyabanjo otherwise known as D’Banj, on the grounds that its specialists couldn’t build up any validating proof on the side of Seyitan’s charge of assault against D’Banj. Power Public Relations Officer, DCP Frank Mba, who denounced the background of reports that there were still underground examinations of the charges progressing, said the case had been authoritatively shut by the Police. Underlining on why the Police ended the case, DCP Frank Mba stated:

“Basically, we chose to suspend the examination concerning the case for two reasons.

“One, after a comprehensive examination that took our agents even up to the inn where the episode purportedly occurred, thus numerous different moves that we made, we have not had the option to set up any verifying proof on the side of the claim. “Besides, the complainant, through her legitimate delegates, has deliberately pulled back the appeal

. For these two reasons, a choice was taken to cease the examination.” Recall that Ms Seyitan Temidayo Babatayo had pulled back the request against Mr. Oladapo Oyebanjo otherwise known as D’Banj for assault, disgusting rape and danger to life. The withdrawal of request letter from Seyitan’s legal counselors routed to the Inspector-General of Police read:

“By a request routed to your honorable office, dated fifth June 2020 with the heading ‘Appeal Against Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo (AKA D’BANJ) for Rape, Indecent Sexual Assault, Attempted Assault and Threat to Life Against Miss Seyitan Temidayo Babatayo’, we had introduced our customer’s modest request to the Police. “The said appeal was, from that point, coordinated to the Deputy Inspector General of Police Force Criminal Investigations and Intelligence Department, DIG FCID, for appropriate activity and examination.

“It is concerning the said appeal that we write to advise your office of our customer’s aim to pull back same and end any activity in such manner. “We, thusly, authoritatively inform you of our customer’s aim to pull back and end her appeal against Mr. Olabanjo David Oyebanjo (otherwise known as D’Banj) for individual reasons. “Our customer further modestly applies that examinations and all other activity that is right now being completed by the police regarding the request be remained.

“All burdens this may have caused the Nigerian Police or your office is lamented.”
