NDDC: Akpabio heads to court over Nunieh’s lewd behavior allegation
Godswill Akpabio, Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, has initiated a lawful procedure against Joy Nunieh, a previous Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC.
Akpabio requested his legal advisor to look for court change against Nunieh over claims she made against him.
The Minister’s order was contained in an announcement marked and sent to DAILY POST by his Special Assistant on Media, Anietie Ekong.
He depicted Nunieh’s cases against him as “cornucopia of bogus, malignant and derogatory.”
The announcement stated: “Akpabio has taught his attorneys to look for essential review in a Court of equipped ward for his sake over the disparaging proclamations made by the previous acting overseeing chief of the Interim Management Committee of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Ms. Bliss Nunieh.

“The Honorable Minister’s underlying disposition was to permit his legal counselors and the legal framework vindicate him of the bogus charges against him, however he is constrained to respond to a portion of the wayward claims leveled against his individual by Ms. Nunieh, particularly the one annoying on inappropriate behavior.”
Nunieh had denounced the previous Akwa Ibom State legislative head of lewd behavior, extortion, among others.
He, notwithstanding, denied all the claims against him.
Just yesterday, cops had attacked Nunieh’s home in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Nunieh was, notwithstanding, protected by the state Governor, Nyesom Wike who migrated her to the state’s Government House.
