“It doesn’t matter what they say” Jasmine Okafor addresses doubting Thomas following engagement to Ken Erics

Jasmine Okafor, the daughter of Veteran actor, John Okafor better known as Mr Ibu has addressed doubting Thomas.

Taking to her Instagram page to share a video of the proposal, Jasmine gushed over her love for him.

She stated that she has tasted love and it’s so sweet.

The divorcee appreciated Ken Erics for reviving her love life and making her believe in love again.

Cheering on to forever with him, she wrote,

“I have tasted Your Love! And it’s so sweet!
Thank you so much for reviving my love life! You made me believe I could love again! Cheers to forever with you @kenerics.

The post left many in doubt as they assumed that the socialite was filming a movie scene or skit.

Addressing them, Jasmine stated that it doesn’t matter what they say as their love is no longer a secret.

“It’s no longer a secret. Let’s create memories together baby. It don’t matter what they say”.

Jasmine is engaged

Kemi Filani reported last year that Jasmine got engaged in February just after days of meeting her lover.

A video that went viral on social media said Jasmine was seen saying, “Yes” to her lover whom she met on the video-sharing platform, TikTok.

Narrating her love story, Jasmine revealed how their paths crossed two months before their engagement on the app.

She disclosed how he flew from the US to Nigeria to propose to her.
Jasmine used her story to emphasize how a real man wouldn’t waste a lady’s time.

The couple walked down the aisle that same month.

Jasmine Okafor announces divorce

In a surprising twist, Jasmine announced divorce from her husband of 9 months.

The content creator made this known on her Instagram page, where she revealed that her husband had lied to her about his previous marriage and his kids.

According to her, she never knew that he was once married and that he has 3 grown-up kids.

Though admitting that their marriage was blissful, she, however, stated that his lie broke their union.

She recounted how she probed him about his personal life before they tied the knot.

Jasmine disclosed that she found out about the lie from his mother and it broke her.
