I will shutdown Nigeria government if i am removed as Senate President – Bukola Saraki

The Senate President Bukola Saraki has threatened to shutdown Nigeria government including the National Assembly if he’s eventually removed as Nigeria Senate President.

Saraki was responding to the Chairman of All Progressives Congress Adams Oshiomhole who said Saraki will be removed as Senate President in legal means.

Bukola Saraki has threatened that the Senate would shut down the Federal Government.

He said, “My attention has been drawn to a threat by the APC National Chairman to remove me at all course, if that be the case I would go to court and stop the entire government from working.”

Recall that Adam Oshiomhole held meeting with all the senators and members of the House of Representatives, in Abuja, on Tuesday. Adams said explore every legal means to ensure that the President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, is impeached and replaced with a loyal party member.

He also said, “I want to reassure you that we will do everything possible to change the old narrative of heavy turnover every four years and the politics of ‘you have done enough’ will change over time for the good of Nigeria and for the sustenance of democracy.”
