Femi Adebayo, Mercy Aigbe, other stars console Pasuma
Alhaja Khadijat, the mother of Nigerian Fuji singer Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, has passed away.
The veteran entertainer announced the sad development on Thursday evening.
“My JEWEL! I will miss you forever! Words fail me! Rest in power and peace, please watch over me from heaven,” Pasuma wrote on Instagram.
Pasuma has always showered praise on his mom.
Speaking about Alhaja Khadijat a few years ago, Pasuma said “You are not just my mum, you are my best friend and confidant. I am forever grateful for the affection you have showered on me since birth, when nobody believed in me you stood by me, inspired me and gave me a shoulder to lean on (Ejika to ko je ki ewu jabo). Love u always Mum.”
Many celebrities have now taken to social media to grieve with Pasuma.
Femi Adebayo, with a heavy heart, wrote “My condolences sir” in the comment section.
Mercy Aigbe, Bolanle Ninalowo, Broda Shaggi, Mr Macaroni and many others have also sent their condolences.
