Covid-19: Nigeria Records 3 New Cases of Coronavirus
Nigeria has recorded 3 new cases of Covid-19 making the total case recorded by Nigeria to 25. This Sunday morning which also the Mother’s Day celebration, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced that it has recorded three new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Lagos State.
According to the official website and the Twitter handle, NCDC announced that three cases of Covid-19 all in Lagos Nigeria.
“On the 22nd of March 2020, three new confirmed cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Nigeria. Till date, twenty-five (25) cases have been confirmed, two cases have been discharged and there has been no death from COVID-19 in Nigeria.
“All three new cases are in Lagos State. They are being treated at the Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba.”

Mystatenews reporters went around the commercial centre of Nigeria, Lagos to see how the religious bodies are complying to the directives of Lagos State that banned the larger gathering of people in Churches and in the Mosques.
A visit to the Redeemed Christain Church of God mega parishes, Rose of Sharon at Ikeja, We observed that there was total compliance and the Services are structured to obey the directives.
Most of the big churches we visited are locked, for instance, some big parishes of Deeper Life Bible Church are locked while Pastor Kumuyi transmitted messages online and on TV channel.
