Breaking: Flying Eagles qualify for U20 World cup

Nigeria Under 20 side, the Flying Eagles of Nigeria has booked its place in U20 world cup in Poland later this year. Nigeria beat Niger Republic in the last group stage match by a none goal to qualify for both the semi-final on ongoing AFCON U20 and world cup in Poland.

The Flying Eagles won the first group stage against Burundi 2 – 0 and played a goalless draw against the South Africa. The host Niger has crashed out of the tournament as they fell to Nigeria by 1 goal.
