The Governor of Kano State, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje has disclosed that 74 new cases of coronavirus disease have been recorded in the State.
Ganduje made this known during an interview on Saturday where he disclosed that out of 489 samples taken and tested, 74 came out positive.
According to Daily Independent the governor said, “We’ve taken samples of 489 people, out of these number 74 were confirmed positive for the virus,”
Recall that the test centre in Kano was closed due to contamination and as health workers were reported positive for the deadly virus.
